How to Use:

Cleanse: Start with a clean face to ensure the cups glide smoothly across your skin.
Apply Oil: Apply your skincare products and finish off with a face oil to create a smooth surface for the cups. Please apply a generous amount of oil.
Cupping: Gently glide the cups over different areas of your face and neck, always moving in an upward and outward direction. Watch our tutorial video above.
Remove: Wipe off any excess oil if needed and apply your SPF (if day time).
Clean: Wash your facial cups after each use with warm water and a gentle soap. Leave to air dry.

*Note: Facial cupping sessions should last between 5 and 20 minutes. Do not leave cups suctioned on the skin without moving them as they will leave bruising. We recommend not using facial cups on any areas of inflamed, irritated or damaged skin and areas with Botox and filler.
